What action can the House investigative committee take against the rating companies? Can their CEO and cohorts be prosecuted, fined, hung in town square, or what? Come on Associated Press, give us the rest of the story.

Thank you Attorney General Cuomo. I ask that you consider using the RICO law to go after these corporate criminals. After all, their activities fit the very definition of organized crime.

The RICO law should be used to prosecute these financial con men. What part of rackettering, influence, corruption, and obstruction of justice does not apply? This is nothing more than organized crime.

This is the second time I have made this post. All these financial houdinis need to be indicted by the Attorney General under the RICO act. There is no difference between them and the organized crime bosses.

I am a 100% disabled Army veteran of this country that I am now ashamed of. I took an oath of office, the same oath of office that politicians take, to defend this country against all enemies both foreign and domestic......to protect the constitution of the usa.

I used to believe we lived in a country where everyone was equal under the law. That is a joke. Please convict Rove for his crimes.......but do so after Dictator Bush is out of office so Bush won't be able to give him a presidential pardon.
